ticketsWA will collect and store personal information in order to sell tickets and support customers throughout their time as a customer. Organisations who contract ticketsWA to sell tickets on their behalf will be provided some of your personal information, but not all.
ticketsWA stores two kinds of personal information: 1. Information you provide, such as your name and address; 2. Information about which events you buy tickets for, such as the date of the performance and the specific seats you bought.

ticketsWA will use your information when you buy tickets and to communicate with you about your tickets. ticketsWA may occasionally contact you by phone or email to tell you about things which might affect your event experience.
ticketsWA may also contact you about future events that you may value. At any time you can opt out of being contacted about future events.
Sharing Personal Information
ticketsWA will share your personal information with the following entities:
- Organisations contracted by ticketsWA to provide ticket purchase services, such as for credit card authorisation. These organisations are required to maintain comparable levels of protection of your personal information.
- The organisation who has contracted ticketsWA to sell tickets on their behalf, but only if you have opted to be contacted by them. Typically this will be your name and email. ticketsWA is not liable for the actions of these organisations and for the way they store and use your personal information.
- If, at our discretion: we are required to comply with legal obligations (such as a court order); we are required to protect and defend the rights or property of ticketsWA.com or others; to protect ticketsWA against legal liability; there is a transfer of business ownership of ticketsWA.
Deleting or Changing Your Personal Information
You can update your personal information at any time by signing in.
ticketsWA is obligated to retain purchase records for periods of time defined by state and federal law. Consequently it is not possible to entirely delete you until those legal limitations have expired. If you wish never to be contacted, ensure you have opted out of marketing communications and do not buy any more tickets from ticketsWA.
Security
ticketsWA considers the security of your personal information our highest priority. Encryption and other security measures are used to minimise the risk of personal information being accessed inappropriately. However, with the ever-growing threat of hackers and thieves who attempt to break and intrude into websites, ticketsWA will not promise that its systems, and the systems of our affiliates, will withstand an unusually advanced or malicious attack.

ticketsWA.com links to websites outside of our control, and for which we are not responsible. ticketsWA does not know about the content of these websites, their privacy policies and their security systems.
Children
ticketsWA.com is not aimed at children under the age of 13 – if personal information of someone under the age 13 is accidentally held, ticketsWA will remove this information and close the relevant accounts.
If you are aged 12 or under, don’t supply any personal information to ticketsWA, or ask ticketsWA to email you. If you are aged between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian should give you permission before you interact with ticketsWA in any way.
