The UWA Pantomime Society presents
Batman and Robin Hood

Thwack! Pow! Zonk! The time has come for another pantomime and bursting on to the scene this semester are Batman and Robin Hood! After witnessing the death of his parents, a young Bruce Wayne flees his home city of Gothingham and runs to the forests of Sherwood. There he meets Robin Hood, the leader of the League of Merry Men. She takes Bruce in and raises him to be a fearsome fighter, joining the Merry Men on their vigilante missions stealing from the rich and giving to the poor.

After years honing his skills, Robin Hood tells Bruce, now known as the Batman, that the time has come to return to Gothingham and take down the criminal gangs responsible for the suffering of the people of Gothingham.

But what are Robin’s true motives? What will Batman do when everything he was raised to believe conflicts with his innate sense of justice? And what does the Sheriff of Gothingham have to do with all of this?

This performance is only suitable for persons aged 15 and over. It contains swearing, adult themes, and simulated violence.
