Buddhist Science of Happiness

His Eminence the 7th Kyabje Yongzin Ling Rinpoche is the reincarnation of one of the greatest masters in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. In his last life, he was His Holiness the Dalai Lama's main teacher and spiritual advisor throughout his lifetime.

English speaking and a 32-year-old Buddhist monk, Ling Rinpoche presents the 2,500 year-old wisdom of the Buddha in a way that can help today’s busy people lead a more relaxed, meaningful life by better understanding themselves and the way they relate to others. He will speak on a range of topics including compassion, cause and effect and taking responsibility for our actions to become more positive.

In 2016, Ling Rinpoche was awarded his Geshe Degree (equivalent of a PhD) from Drepung Loseling Monastic University in South India and is currently completing the traditional one-year of further studies at Gyuto Tantric College in India. He continues to be guided by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Ling Rinpoche has taught in Asia, Europe, Australia, Canada, Israel and the USA as well as in many Tibetan settlements throughout India, Nepal and the Himalayan regions.

Perth is the only city Ling Rinpoche is visiting on this Australian visit and his talks are organised by Hayagriva Buddhist Centre.

This event is suitable for all ages and all faiths.
